Our stay at your hotel was absolutely perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. There are many convenient options to have meetings (with two or three people) on the premises. The staff are accommodating in this respect and made sure we were able to order drinks and meals.

I got lost on my way to the hotel as I was driving all the way from Soweto. I was frustrated and I cried. When I was checking the ladies that I was not okay and they assisted me and even upgraded me to an executive suite just to make me feel better. Unfortunately, I did not get their names, but they were so kind and helpful. Thank you so much and may God bless you richly.

Excellent facility with humble Stagg members, the food was great and the hotel is easily accessible from the N1. It'd also close to the Gautrain which makes it easy to access from the airport.

I stayed here recently and had an overall pleasant experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff truly made a lasting impression with their friendliness and willingness to help. A special thank you to Mamelo, who was so kind and thoughtful—helping us carry our bags out on the morning of our departure. In the restaurant, Aphalele and Sibu stood out for their professional yet friendly manner. They made each meal feel like a warm experience. I also want to acknowledge Trevor, who was incredibly accommodating and patient throughout, which we greatly appreciated. However, I did find the food somewhat underwhelming. Most of the dishes were quite bland for my taste, and I often had to add seasoning. On one evening, we asked for mashed potatoes, but unfortunately, it was not well-prepared. It might be helpful for the chef to revisit a basic recipe for this simple yet beloved dish. It’s also worth noting that additional menu items were only introduced the night before our departure, so we didn’t get the chance to try the full range. As a result, I can’t comment on the updated menu. Despite the shortcomings in the food, I would still recommend this place based on the outstanding service and the genuine hospitality from the staff. They were the highlight of the experience and truly made our stay feel special.

your establishent is not worth the money, fix your beds amd your staff attitude. The stay was not comfortable at all. New beds are needed in the premises and a friendly staff The beds are very old , I woke up with a paiful back. I asked To be moved and they did not even assist me with Move to the new room. The new room bedding was small for the bed making it a battle at night when I sleep. The Rug on the floor was also smelly and stuffy
